02 July 2008: N14 takes maiden tarmac win(As posted on PRODRIVE Official website http://www.prodrive.com/p_releases.html?id=174)

In his debut in a Subaru Impreza N14, local driver, Roger Feghali, stormed through the Rally of Lebanon almost ten minutes clear to secure his fifth consecutive and sixth overall victory at his home event.
The Rally of Lebanon is the only tarmac event of the Middle East Rally Championship and featured 33 local drivers in the starting line up. The fourth round of the championship saw 18 twisty and slippery special stages in the mountains north and east of Beirut totalling nearly 300 competitive kilometers.
The rally favorite, Feghali and co-driver Giovanni Bernacchini, dominated the event, leading from start to finish in their Al Mimari Rally Team Jordon supported Impreza N14, fresh from the Prodrive factory. The car was ordered just two weeks before the event and was delivered to Lebanon in time for a short test with Feghali, the first and only time he sat in the car prior to the rally.
The next round of the Middle East Rally Championship will take place in Jordan on the 16 – 18 October.
