Clean Sweep for Motortune in Cedars Rally 2012

Motortune Team tackled once again another round of the Lebanese Motorsport Calendar ,
with new challenges and determination for a new victory ,
with Motortune Drivers grabbing the first 3 positions and winning both Categories, Cl 2 and Cl 3.
In its first appearance on the Lebanese Roads, the new Motortune Ford Fiesta RRC, ran superbly
with a great drive by Roger Feghali who could top the time sheets throughout all the nine stages.
Roger adapted quickly behind the wheel of the new car and could achieve better times SS after SS.
Abdo Feghali , the recently crowned hillclimb champion, held tight on second place and 1st Gr. N from the beginning till the end, giving a brilliant performance and entertaining the crowds .
Rising Star Nicolas Amiouni , driving his Motrtune EVO X R4, gave a matured drive , proving that he is reliable and can run a well managed rally, could finish on the third Podium Spot.
Newcomer Garo Haroutounian , did a strong performance and finished the rally in 6th position overall.
Chafic Boulos, driving his EvoX R4, following his Hillclimb Gr.N Victory, finished in 7th position overall and 4th in his category.
Chafic suffered from a suspension problem since SS1 and couldn't show his true speed.
Middle East Champion , and Championship leader in 2012, SEASHORE driver Misfer Al Marri was running on a Motortune EVO 9 R4, with a target of gaining experience on the Lebanese tarmac and testing in preparation for Rally Of Lebanon. He showed big improvement in his runs and achieved the goal from his participation.
Rookie driver Dany Abou Chakra, was making a good performance on board the Evo 8 gr. N but had to retire because of a broken drive shaft.
Motortune team , started its preparations for Rally of Lebanon , in its challenge to win the title of the most Prestigious Round in the Middle east rally Championship for the 9th consecutive time and 10th title in its history.
